I am the third generation from a family of goldsmths spanning over 100 years. My Grandfather David Friedmann, studied the trade in Budapest, Hungary from 1903 to 1906. By 1913 he had established a business in New York City.

After serving in World War II, my father and uncle joined him.

As a young boy in the late 1950's, I remember riding the subway from Queens to Manhattan to visit my fathers' workshop and do simple tasks... slowly learning the 'secrets' of Goldsmithing.

In the 70's , my brother was studying at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque where he had a small jewelry shop in the basement of his rented house. There, I had the good fortune to learn Silversmithing and Lapidary (stone cutting and polishing) from master craftsmen of the Navajo tribe.

I am living in Israel with my wife and three sons for 35 years and have had the opportunity to work with and observe the techniques of goldsmiths from all over the world.

The jewelry displayed on my site is a culmination of over 50 years experience. Each piece lovingly and meticulously hand fabricated from molten metal to finished product. Made with one purpose in mind... so that you will have an adornment to enjoy for many years.
